How to book?

Online booking site or call our booking centers in Italy, Austria, Germany or Poland.

The reservation is considered valid with the consequent payment of the 25% deposit and then the total balance 15 days before arrival.

How to modify the resevation?

It is possible to change (names on) the reservation WITHOUT PENALTIES up to 30 days before arrival, but please check first the AVAILABILITY, for dates or structure variation.

What are the payment methods?

The reservation can be paid by credit card online, calling with one of our operators or by bank transfer.

We accepted VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI, NEXI.

        

Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?

The minimum number of nights and the day of arrival may vary on some accommodation units.

Local tax

Yes, there is a tourist tax. It is a tax that each guest must pay for each night spent directly at the reception. 

The amounts vary according to the municipality.

Enviroment Contribution

Every holiday has an environmental impact, but together we can do something to reduce it!
To safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas, in which our structures are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution” 2,80€ per day per person.  It is activated during the booking phase and is entirely intended to finance actions for environmental sustainability.

RECEPTION

What are the check-in/check-out times?

The check-in for the village sector is scheduled from 17.00, check-out by 9.00.

Instead, for the camping sector, check-in is scheduled from 12.00 and check-out by 10.00.

What are the opening hours of the cash desk?

The cash desk is open from 8 to 12 and from 17 to 19 every day

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open, in high season, from 7a.m. to 11.00 p.m. (after this time, the night watchman will welcome guests with a reservation)

Is there a time of silence?

Yes, from 1p.m. to 3p.m. and from 11p.m. to 7a.m.

Is it possible to enter/ leave the campsite at night?

During the silent hours, it is possible to move around on foot (after 23.00, vehicles may only enter and leave the car park)

Is the late check-out possible?

Yes, subject to availability of the accommodation, a late check-out at 18.oo is possible by paying 50% of the daily rate and confirming it the day before departure with reception.

Are checks accepted?

No, they aren’t. Only credit card (no American Express/Diners) or cash payments are accepted

Is there a Lost & Found office?

Yes, at the reception office

How can I book a taxi?

It is possible to book a taxi directly at the reception

PITCHES

What types of pitches are available?

It is possible to view the different types of pitches here

How many Amps are available on the pitch?

The pitches are equipped with an electricity connection of up to 10 amps; an industrial socket is required for connection.

Are all pitches equipped with water loading/unloading?

Only some types have loading/unloading on pitches, you can check the types here

Can I have a BBQ on the pitch?

Only gas/electric barbecues are allowed on the pitch; charcoal barbecues are allowed in the common masonry barbecues (3 areas with 10 positions each are available).

Is it possible to book a specific pitch?

If you are choosing the pre-booking phase and pay by December, you can book a specific pitch. Otherwise, you can specify a preference at the time of booking and we will do our best to satisfy your request, if it is possible.

Can I have guests just for the daytime?

Guests are admitted, at the Management’s discretion, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. after registering at the reception desk and presenting identity documents. For stays longer than 1 hour, the visitor’s rate will be charged.

PUBLIC BATHROOM

Where to empty the chemical toilet?

There is a chemical toilet emptying area in the toilet facilities.

Chemical toilet emptiers are available in 3 toilet groups.

Are there any private bathrooms available?

We don’t have private wc

Are there any washing machines and dryers available?

Within the public toilets there is a laundry room with washing machines (8 kg load) and dryers. Tokens can be procured at reception.

ACCOMODATIONS

How many people can mobile homes accommodate?

Our mobile homes accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 people

Are sheets and towels included?

Unless expressly stated among the services included in the accommodation, the provision of bed linen and towels is not included in the price.

However, it is possible to rent them by requesting this extra service either when booking or directly on site for an additional cost.

Is final cleaning included?

Final cleaning is an obligatory extra service in all accommodation units, the price is already included in the quote.

RESTAURANT

I am celiac. Am I welcomed?

No problem, our restaurant will try to meet all your needs, but please report your intolerance or allergy at the time of booking.

BEACH

Can I smoke on the beach?

Smoking is only permitted in areas equipped for smokers as per municipal ordinance and we encourage you to place your cigarette butts in the appropriate bins.

Is there a beach service available?

Yes, the service is available upon request with a daily cost. It can be purchased at the time of booking or directly at Reception, upon availability.

Is my dog welcomed?

Yes, on the free beach it is only possible to go to the beach with your dog from 8.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. according to the ordinance of the region of Sardinia.

Among our services, there is an equipped dog beach where dogs are welcome and can swim without restrictions.

How far is the beach?

The campground is 20 meters from the beach which can be reached on foot by crossing the road.

DOGS

Where can I take my dog with me?

There are designated areas where dogs may be walked on a leash only.

Dogs are allowed in the restaurant/bar in dedicated areas. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool, the market and in some pitches or accommodation units.

Can I take my dog on the beach?

It is only possible to access the free beach with your dog from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., according to the ordinance of the Sardinian region.

On the other hand, it is possible to access the equipped dog beaches at any time.

WATER PARK

Is headcuf mandatory?

Yes, for hygienic reasons a swimming cap is mandatory. You can buy it at the market, at reception or at the pool.

Are there sunbeds in the pool?

Yes, they have an extra cost to be paid on site at reception or at the pool. Alternatively there is a lawn where you can put your towels.

ENTERTAINMENT

Is there entertainment?

Yes, during the high season

For what ages is your fun club suitable?

Three age groups:

  • KidsCLUB from 5 to 8 years.
  • JayCLUB from 9 to 11 years.
  • TeenCLUB ages 12 and up.

Yes, at the reception you can buy tickets for public transport or tickets for various tours

The nearest pharmacy is located in Fertilia, 700 mt

Is there a GYM available?

Yes, free entrance from 09.00 to 21.00 – minors 16 years old accompanied by a parent

Is there a bike rental available?

Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles at the reception
